Data privacy statement

The protection of your personal data is one of our prime concerns. Hence, we process your data exclusively based on the legal regulations (GDPR, DPA, telecommunications act). In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in the context of our website.

Get in touch with us

If you contact us through the form on our website or by email, your data that you have provided will be processed by us in order to deal with your request and for follow-up questions. We do not transfer your data to third parties without your approval, however, we will forward them to the necessary company/site within the Sattler Group.

Website analysis and cookies

In order to adapt the web presentation to the interests of our visitors, we use an Open Source website analysis tool which records the page views of our visitors. It is an installation of the Sattler Group, which means, no records are transferred or made accessible to third parties.

In order to identify returning users, so called “cookies” will be saved on your computer. Cookies are small text files which are transferred to the respective webserver at each page view.

If you do not want this, you can install your browser in a way that it will transfer “Do not track” requirements. These will be taken into consideration by us in the context of the website analysis.

The data processing is performed on the basis of the legal regulations of § 96 clause 3 of the telecommunications act as well as art. 6 clause 1 lit f (legitimate interest) of the general data protection regulation.

Our concern in terms of the general data protection regulation (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and of our web presence. As the privacy of our visitors is important for us, the IP address is anonymized (cancellation of the last 16 bit of the IP address).
